Dispo Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Disposition Manager to lead our Dispo Department and spearhead our efforts to maximize the value of our land assets through strategic sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Transformation: Oversee and transform the Disposition (Dispo) Department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and drive department success.

- Initiative and Innovation: Take proactive steps to improve processes and outcomes. Create and implement new systems and
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline operations and increase productivity.

- Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external partners.

- Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate with builders and other buyers to sell our lots at optimal price points. Understand market trends and leverage this knowledge to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue.

- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently. Maintain detailed records and ensure all department activities are well-coordinated and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications:
-Experience in real estate or a related field.
-Strong leadership skills with a track record of transforming operational processes.
-Excellent negotiation skills with experience dealing with builders and real estate transactions.
-Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
-High level of organization and proven ability to develop and implement effective systems and SOPs.
-Self-starter with an innovative mindset and the ability to work independently.
