Virtual Assistant

Hi Everyone,

I Require a VA who has experience in
-- Shopify Platform,
-- product listing and updating,
-- eBay product research,
-- Facebook Marketplace (Product research, product listing, and Marketing)
-- Instagram and TikTok product research,
-- updating the listed products and
-- respond to orders in a timely, professional manner.
-- Join me on some call to take notes
-- General Administrative VA duties such as email responses, setting up calendar appointments and diary management

Once new products have been approved, upload/update the Shopify product page and app reviews. I require my VA to join me once a week to teach others how to establish an e-commerce business and help create online learning. Respond to email enquiries and help me process orders so we can have a 24-hour support service. Proficiency in Canva chatbot, Shopify and social media is an advantage. Must have experience with Facebook Marketplace and Meta business platform. Please prepare the following to help us get the most out of the engagement.
