We are looking for Ecommerce Assistant that will be responsible for Managing Product Listings, Content Optimization, Updating Tracking report and other related Ecommerce tasks.
Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Uploading new products on portal
- Monitoring, checking, and updating product listing
- Working with product management, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for improvement.
- Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
- proficient in english reading & writing
- responsible, detail-orientated, able to catch minor errors and raise to team's attention
- a good communicator, willing to share finding & willing to learn from others
- amazon vendor central experience is a huge plus
Qualifications
-Minimum of 1 year experience in e-Commerce business.
-Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and ask questions.
-Analytical and multitasking skills
-Must be skilled in MS Word, Excel, PPT, Google Doc.

Working hours
Working hours are generally 7am to 4pm Tuesday to Saturday or Mon-Friday
Be available to work occasional extended hours such as nights and holidays as business needs require.
