Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Virtual Assistant to join our team. This person will serve as a bookkeeper and will be crucial in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our accounts and aiding in the efficient management of financial documents and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Tracking and Management: Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable. Utilize designated payment systems to invoice clients and diligently follow up on pending payments.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the development and management of company financial statements, including Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Assist with drafting program SOPs and documenting workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Payment Processing: Handle the processing of payments for both U.S. and offshore company employees and contractors.
Account Reconciliation: Manage the monthly reconciliation of the company credit card statement.
Client Communication: Respond promptly to client communications via email, phone calls, and SMS, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Record Management: Update and maintain client financial records within the company CRM system.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other functions as needed to support company management and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements and experience with financial software and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in handling client communications across multiple platforms.
Comfortable working in a remote setting and adhering to a schedule as determined by management.
