Customer Outreach and Collections Specialist

Must be able to work during US hours (PST timezone) - 8a.m. - 5p.m PST timezone. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic and can provide a history of successful freelance working background.

The Role:
Customer Outreach and Collections Specialist to join our team. This role involves communicating with customers to promote our products and services, as well as managing account receivables and performing collections duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Cold Calling and Customer Outreach:
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.
Educate customers on the benefits and features of our offerings.
Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products or changes.
Collections:
Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
Contact customers with past due accounts to negotiate payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Resolve billing disputes and negotiate resolution in cases of non-payment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
