The Role:
As our SEO Manager, you will spearhead our SEO efforts, both for clients and our own agency. Your mission will be to mastermind effective SEO strategies, conduct thorough audits, and lead a talented team dedicated to executing these plans flawlessly. This role is pivotal in driving success and enhancing our digital footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio as well as for our agency.
- Conduct detailed SEO audits for clients, identifying areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.
- Lead and motivate an execution team responsible for implementing SEO tactics.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes to keep our agency and clients ahead of the curve.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO management for 5+ years, with a strong track record of improving search rankings and driving traffic and engagement.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
