Freelance Marketing Assistant (Specializing in Kartra)

We are seeking a highly competent Marketing Assistant who specializes in utilizing Kartra to manage and execute a variety of online marketing strategies.

This role will commence on a project-by-project basis, with potential for permanent employment based on exemplary performance. The ideal candidate will operate remotely and is expected to adeptly manage both technical and creative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute email campaigns, including scheduling, management, and performance analysis.
- Craft compelling content for blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Develop and design eBooks and lead magnets in line with strategic marketing goals.
- Efficiently process orders and maintain accurate customer data.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels using Kartra.
- Create graphics for various digital marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and achieve business objectives.

Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Kartra’s platform for digital marketing and business management.
- Experienced in advanced email marketing tactics, including segmentation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Strong ability to write attractive content for blogs and social media that engages and converts.
- Skilled in creating eBooks and designing effective lead magnets.
- Proficient in graphic design with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Knowledgeable in order processing systems and customer relationship management.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Google and meta ads highly regarded.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in digital marketing or a closely related field.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
