* Find popular & trending video topics on Youtube
* Find supporting articles and documents I can source in the video
* Find the collateral & graphics to be used by the editor actually in the video
* Write the outline of the video in terms of the main points to get across and all subtopics to be sure I talk about.
* Possibly even write out a draft script for the video.
* Suggest how long (based on analytics) the video should be approximately.
* Utilize Artificial Intelligence to write scripts and outlines, but cannot lean on A.I. to do everything. Must have the human touch.
* Plan out ideas for short form videos as well.
* Use A.I. to write script and outlines for the short form reels also
* Be able to use Tubebuddy to best optimize each video topic
* Be or become an expert on Youtube analytics (Youtube Studio) to be able to suggest to our Marketing Manager and editors what needs to be done to make existing videos on our channel better (ie: change out thumbnails, revise title, tags, and description for better SEO, etc) -AND- use the analytics to be able to advise on how to make our future videos better (ie: view duration, audience retention, etc).

** The concept is for everything for a video to be done so that our team lead can simply show up, turn on his camera, and start talking.
