Experience with a CRM and pipelines is a must, experience specifically with GoHighLevel is a big bonus!

Experience with Canva, cold outreach, ChatGPT or other LLM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, all huge plusses.

Experience with Notion a big plus.

Absolutely must be highly organized.

Must have experience in creating and managing SOPs and projects.

You don't have to know all the systems—we'll train you.

English must be very good.

In short, your role is to make sure our projects are running smoothly—to keep following up when people forget to do something, to help with marketing projects, website data entry, and so on.

You, yourself, must understand INBOX ZERO for yourself, so you can help others keep their communication frequent and reliable.

You'll want to be available from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific time zone (PST/PDT), but we can be somewhat flexible with the schedule.

We are looking for long-term relationships with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers that have excellent, reliable communication, and are willing to learn. We want to hire you full-time.

What You Do: Marketing and Operations play a critical part in any business. Part of what we do is work on marketing projects. You should be fluent on the internet, be comfortable following directions and making changes to websites (we will teach you how to do this) and helping to manage marketing initiatives. Understand the purpose of a CRM and how/why to use a CRM pipeline. You will help us stay on schedule for marketing projects around social media and general online presence, and do light project management.

- Managing project management software like Upgrade to see actual info or Upgrade to see actual info
- Task Follow-Ups (make sure things get done)
- Misc VA tasks for CEO
- Digital inventory management (organization of SOPs, assets, etc.)
- Hiring additional Specialists/VA's as needed
- Automated and Manual Processes, and Systems Maintenance
- Task and Project Management
- Assist with CRM data enrichment
- Creation of basic graphics and one-sheets in Canva

- Daily Tasks
- CRM data enrichment
- Responding to leads, customers, specialists, VA's, partners
- Basic Social Media management (e.g. responding to LinkedIn posts/messages, etc.)
- Keep team organized and focused on the right things
- Project Tracker Updates
- Managing website inventory
- Being a fluent and friendly face for the company
