Facebook Ads Expert (Local Lead Generation Track Record Required)

I'm looking to hire a Facebook Ads consultant on a retainer basis, not an hourly wage posittion.

I have a client in the landscape lighting space, operating in a huge market (Miami) that is a new business but wants to get traction on their advertising campaigns.

I need someone to develop the full scope of strategy, including offer, creatives, and media buying for a campaign to try and bring CPL down from around $80 to $35-40.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of working with local home service/construction type of companies to generate leads.

I will also look favorably on anyone who submits a loom or video recording going over previous results that they've gotten. This will almost guarantee you an interview.
