Brolly Labs is looking for an experienced, hard-working, and hungry customer service team lead/account manager to join the team!
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership
Experience handling e-commerce accounts
Has taken a leadership or management role previously
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends
Experience working with clients in a remote or virtual environment
Ability to work flexible hours EST or PST, including evenings and weekends if required
Experience with e-commerce clients and applications (like Gorgias, Zendesk,Shopify, etc.)
Outgoing and confident - you should be comfortable communicating with others and should not be hesitant to speak up or ask questions when needed
Confident in verbal communication with clients themselves
Honesty and transparency in all facets of work
Responsibilities:
Handle 2-3 clients simultaneously (2 on a run-rate basis)
Agent Coaching and Performance Management
Data reporting
Account Management and Proactive Client Communication
Technical Requirements:
High-speed Internet (At least 20 Mbps or Fiber Connection)
Noise Canceling Headset
Fast working computer
Power and internet backup
