Social Media / Email Specialist

Beauty on Toast operates multiple ecommerce brands imported directly from Korea. We are looking for a social media & email Associate / Manager - depending on your experience, responsible for assisting with the management and execution of social media & email marketing campaigns. Our main objective is to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, create a community, and boost brand engagement and increase revenue

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media & email marketing campaign strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments, inquiries, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Plan and execute A/B testing of campaigns and report end results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform social media content creation
- Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ of Marketing experience
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to track social media performance
- Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with photography and video editing is a plus
- Experience with canva, illustrator, or photoshop
