Role:
Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager
Design, post, and engage with content (video, text, graphics) on social media platforms, including managing company Twitter/X page.
Collaborate on and execute social media marketing campaigns.
Engage with customers and stakeholders via platforms.
Assess and refine the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
Stay updated on social media trends to advise management on potential impacts.
Set and monitor KPIs for social media campaigns, analysing performance.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
Competent with Microsoft Tools and Google Suite.
Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
