Customer Success Representative

Location:
Remote, Philippines-based

Role:
Handle communications with guests (phone, email, texts, chats) across all stay phases.
Manage emergency phone line.
Manage all distribution channels - Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, VRBO, Marriott Homes & Villas, Google and their Direct channel.
Resolve guest issues and oversee property maintenance using a contractor network.
Optimise listing to improve engagement.

Skills Required:
Excellent English communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Independent worker, able to manage priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
Ideally, proficient with tech systems like Hostaway, Breezeaway, Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Slack and WhatsApp.

Technical Requirements:
Stable internet (min 30mbps)
New(ish) computer
Quiet home office
Backup power/internet

Hours:
Flexible hours required, including weekends
Core hours: 8am-5pm Philippine time
