Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our team on a freelance basis through Upwork. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from branding and marketing materials to digital assets and website graphics.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and create innovative designs that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
Develop graphics for various mediums, including print, web, and social media.
Produce high-quality visuals that enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Experience with print production processes and file preparation for various mediums.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
