We are looking for a Client Success Agent responsible for responding to client inquiries and resolving issues with the help of the client success manager.
Responsibilities:
- Seek to improve customer satisfaction with each conversation.
- Address client issues and concerns promptly, while collaborating with the sales and operations teams.
- Become the go-to resource for client inquiries
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide client feedback and insight into ways to improve the client experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Extensive experience in video editing (no editing required for work, but it is important that you have extensive experience in editing and its processes. PORTFOLIO OF YOUR PAST WORK IS A MUST)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a team
- High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
System and Work Setup Requirements:
- A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 100 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
- Headset/microphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
(preferably separate mic and wireless earphones)
- A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
