Territory Sales Manager Asst. (Speak and read Mandarin, English and Filipino)

Job Description

Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
Train and guide sales staff to focus on store's sales strategies as per company standards.
Update Territory Sales Manager by consolidating, analyzing and forwarding daily action summaries.
Assist Territory Sales Manager in leading, managing, and developing employees’ performances in every department.
Build good communication with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
Coordination with different departments in the office, such as Admin, Marketing, Accounting, Aftersales and other office or HQ department and personnel.
Formulate, implement and execute policies, procedures and sales strategies in the region. Helps increase sales revenue in the region.
