URGENT HIRING!

Earn up to P35,000 or more! PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME Position.

With P5,000 signing BONUS!

Morning Shift! Australian clients!

Job Descriotion:
Taking phone calls, responding to customer inquiries. Providing support and assitance to the clients
Utilize various channels to generate leads
Calendar management for booking job and appointment
Doing invoices for client
Quote generation and follow ups for the client
Sort and respond to emails, organizing clients inboxes including filtering and prioritizing messages.

Qualifications:
Expertise in using Servicem8 and Xero software is a MUST
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with appointment scheduling software and accounting software is a plus.
