Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The Marketing VA will be responsible for supporting various marketing activities and initiatives to promote the brand and products of our business partner Storeai Upgrade to see actual info . This role will involve assisting with social media management, content creation, email marketing, market research, and more.

What would the task be?

- Come up with a marketing plan/strategy on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Aid in content creation for various marketing channels, including blogs, emails, social media, and website copy.
- Support email marketing campaigns by drafting emails, segmenting lists, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, and analyze competitor apps and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to brainstorm ideas, contribute to marketing strategies, and execute plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Research on the keywords and reviews on the competitor's apps, by comparing strategic keywords on analytics platforms to see which have the most potential.
- Stay updated on Apple App Store guidelines and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize optimization efforts.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Knowledge of basic marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**He/ She must also have the following skillset:
- Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
- A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
- Headphones/earphones (for meetings)
