Customer Support Emails

Hello Job hunters!

We are currently seeking (1) customer support professionals to join our e-commerce dropshipping team.

Rate - $3/hr
FULL TIME

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Experience in handling customer inquiries within the dropshipping industry.
- Proficiency in managing a high volume of emails efficiently.
- Demonstrated fast typing skills, supported by proof of speed.
- Experience in dispute resolution across various platforms such as Klarna, PayPal, Shopify, Stripe, Airwallex, etc.
- Familiarity with at least two dropship clients in Europe (excluding the US), including non-English language e-commerce websites. Experience with translation tools is preferred.
- Ability to work with time-tracking software and provide camera shots for accountability purposes.
