I am the CEO of 3 different businesses and looking for a person who will be available to do following tasks:

1. Manage my email address using certain rules
3. Make reservations by phone/email
4. Create graphics with Canva & IG.
5. Do Email research
6. Fill in PDF documents & make presentations
7. Be available on Slack and WhatsApp to take tasks and do them fast
8. Issue Invoices
9. Organize my travel (booking flights, hotels, research restaurants)
10. Manage my calendar
11. Update shopify e-commerce, CSV sheets.
12. Work in Gmail, Gdrive, Gdoc.
13. Online Social Media Marketing skills.

Do you have experience with all of this ?

Amazing, here is couple things you need to do:

Interview process:
1. I review your application
2. We will have a video call (please have a camera on, make sure you are in the place without too much external noise). I will look at your attention details, your internet, work conditions, and your communication skills
3. I will contact your references (please don’t share reference of your friends it has to be a company)
3. If you pass a video call interview and references I will give you a paid trial assignment when you will work with me for 1 week.
