Intake Clerk for NY Home Health Agency

- Verify all primary insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and third party and manage care policies
- Follow all HIPPA rules and regulations for patient privacy
- Comfortable with interviewing doing calls with patients, providers, etc.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Citrix-HomeCare HomeBase applications
- Intake clerk is experience is a plus!
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO setting
- Excellent English communication skills
- PH graveyard shift - NY EST
- Monday-Friday work schedule, Sat-Sun off
- WFH setup
- Must have your own pc/laptop with reliable internet connection
