JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

DPOP Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Project Coordinator to oversee administrative duties, manage communication and project scheduling, and support our marketing and community engagement efforts internally. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring efficient management of daily tasks within our creative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Team Coordination and Oversight
- Coordinate scheduling and manage calls using the designated studio email account.
- Oversee the productivity of remote virtual assistants, providing necessary guidance to ensure team efficiency and task completion.
Communication Management
- Assist in drafting emails, managing internal correspondence, and handling general communication tasks.
- Ensure that urgent communications are forwarded to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Ghostwrite drafts for festival and grant applications. Create and review transcripts for key meetings and presentations.
Social Media and Content Coordination
- Create engaging copy for social media and coordinate with the Creative Team on the necessary assets.
- Use tools like Buffer to schedule social media content, ensuring consistent online presence and brand alignment.
Event Planning and Support
- Assist in planning and executing virtual events, including coordinating logistics and managing internal promotions.
Community Engagement and Moderation
- Moderate the Upgrade to see actual info community to track sentiment and engagement, providing insights to the marketing team to enhance community relations.
Newsletter Production
- Compose and manage newsletters using MailChimp, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content is timely, informative, and aligns with overall marketing strategies.
Research Support
- Conduct detailed research into programs internationally that showcase innovative art and technology, supporting R&D initiatives.
Administrative Tasks
- Organize and manage all marketing assets in a centralized location.
- Perform basic expense tracking and receipt management.

Qualifications:

Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience in managing remote teams and coordinating complex projects is highly desirable.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at creating content for diverse platforms.
Technical Skills
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, capable of managing and optimizing content across these channels.
- Proficient with social media management tools such as Buffer.
- Knowledge of emerging social media platforms like Warpcaster and Lens Protocol is a bonus
- Familiarity with AI-driven content generation platforms like ChatGPT.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software and content management systems.
Personal Attributes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, keen attention to detail, and capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
