Role Overview:
= As the Operation Manager - Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our fleet of 8-11 trucks and ensuring seamless operations.
= Communication and training are vital aspects of this role, as you'll be responsible for leading, training, and motivating our team of truck drivers and offsiders.



Key Responsibilities:

= Team Leadership: Take full ownership of training and development initiatives, establish mutual respect within the team, conduct regular 1-on-1s, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

= Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the hiring process, onboard new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

= Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for the service team, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.

= Truck Maintenance: Oversee truck maintenance schedules, ensure trucks are clean and well-maintained, and manage repairs and inspections promptly.

= Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, timesheet approvals, invoicing, reporting, and other administrative duties efficiently.

= Cultural Alignment: Foster a positive work culture aligned with our values of responsibility, trustworthiness, accountability, and performance.
