Loan processor/Sales Assistant

We seek a motivated and organized Virtual Loan processor and Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with loan underwriting tasks, sales calls, and marketing activities. The position is remote, so the candidate must be comfortable working independently and managing their time effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales Calls:**
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer databases accordingly.

2. **Loan Underwriting:**
- Assist with the underwriting process for loan applications.
- Collect and review financial documents from applicants.
- Analyze financial information to assess creditworthiness and risk.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure timely processing of loan applications.

3. **Marketing:**
- Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media posts, and content creation.
- Monitor and track marketing performance metrics.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
