Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intake and Sales Closer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting intake calls with potential client leads, creating comprehensive job descriptions based on client requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our Recruitment Team. Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake calls with potential client leads to gather requirements and understand their staffing needs.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions based on intake calls with clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure client requirements are correctly understood before passing them on.
- Understand and analyze client job requirements to effectively match candidates to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to communicate client requirements and ensure alignment in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Conduct preparation calls for candidates before their final interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
- Send calendar invites to candidates for client interviews and coordinate with candidates on additional client requirements.
- Ensure candidate endorsements are placed with a client within the given timeline, monitoring progress and facilitating communication between candidates and clients as needed.
- Follow up with clients on candidates' status and provide regular updates to the Recruitment Team.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of hot leads and replacements to facilitate efficient candidate placements.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the outsourcing or staffing industry, with a strong understanding of the hiring process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player who values collaboration and works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to feedback and coaching, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to create comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Intake/Sales team to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.

Contract: Independent Contractor - Full Time

Work hours: US business hours

Location: Remote Work - WFH Set-Up
