Inside Sales Associate Cold Caller Buyers and Sellers

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate (Cold Caller) to join our dynamic real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential clients through cold-calling techniques and nurture leads to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.'

Responsibilities:

-Conduct cold calls to prospective buyers and sellers or renters and landlord clients using provided scripts and resources.
-Build rapport with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and goals.
-Qualify leads and determine their level of interest and readiness to engage with our services.
-Follow up on leads promptly and consistently to maintain communication and drive conversion.
-Schedule appointments and property viewings for qualified leads with our real estate agents.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.
-Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.

-In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
