Real Estate Virtual Assistant

The Lowery Home Team is a real estate team that is growing quickly and needs administrative help for their Team Leader and Agents. This candidate will have Real Estate experience with everything from getting listings posted, managing transactions, phone calls with clients, to marketing with social media, and so much more. We need someone who will be able to move quickly and pivot from one task to the next at the speed with which real estate is constantly moving and changing. This candidate will be self-led and is not looking to work remotely so they have time to do other things at home. They will understand that though they are home working, they are "in the office" and as such need to be focused on work while on the clock. Additionally, they will know and accept that in this industry we are never caught up, and everything about this job is time-sensitive. The skill of being able to prioritize and shuffle when necessary is of the utmost importance.

This is a long-term career opportunity, not a freelance or otherwise short-term job, and we are looking to hire immediately. We also need you to speak English and be not just conversational... you will need to speak English at the same level you speak your primary language. You will be speaking in English daily, and our clients will be asking things that make no sense unless you can speak it at the level you speak your own. This will include real estate vocabulary and understanding the vernacular that goes with this.

We will be conducting interviews Wednesday, Eastern Time. (Which for you will be Thursday early, your time) and if we find the right fit you may start as early as the following Monday (Also Eastern Time).
