YouTube faceless/ Video Editor/ Content Creator

I am looking for a virtual assistant as a Part-time YouTube faceless/ Video Editor/ Content Creator with Experience skills (Later will be full time if improve great result on my channel and bonuses will be giving). I am looking for someone who can work 4 to 5 hours per day. You will be doing various tasks for my YouTube faceless channel in sports nice or trending niche

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

-Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro is REQUIRED
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
-Proficient using project management tools such as VidIQ, Tubebuddy, Trello, etc.….
-Skilled in managing well tasks and ensuring tasks are completed on time with high quality.
-Detail-oriented, very organized, and a good leader who can effectively managed and supports a team
-Video Topic or Keywords research
-Writing script for each video
-Video Editing
-Voiceover
-Channel auditing, uploading video, scheduling video
-Custom Thumbnails Creation
-Video Optimization (tags, title, and description (pin comment question)
-marketing on different platforms to drive organic traffic into my channel
-booting Engagement, have my video suggested to YouTube algorithm
-Knowledgeable with YouTube Analytics
-create short TikTok video
-respond to audience comment on my YouTube channel
-sending and responding to emails
