Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Fulfillment Team Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients are consistently informed about the progress of their projects within our process. Additionally, they will provide invaluable support to the executive team in their day-to-day operations. This position requires exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Act as a central point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on the status and progress of their projects within our process.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates to clients.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the executive team, assisting with various administrative tasks and daily operations as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency.
Compile and analyze data related to project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on project management or customer service.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (clickup) is a plus.
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable.
Previous knowledge in digital marketing is a plus,
