JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to join our team. The role entails providing technical assistance to internal users, diagnosing and resolving software and IT system issues, and optimizing data analysis processes through advanced spreadsheet formulas and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
>Provide timely and effective technical assistance and support to internal users facing software and IT system issues.
>Utilize advanced spreadsheet formulas and functions in Excel and Google Sheets to optimize data analysis and reporting processes.
>Translate business problems into technical solutions, identifying and implementing effective resolutions.
>Perform routine data processing tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
>Communicate technical concepts effectively with non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
>Document and track technical problems to identify patterns and ensure thorough resolution of issues.
>Create comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting processes to facilitate training for non-technical staff and reduce recurring errors.
>Ad hoc tasks from the client.

Requirements & Qualifications:
>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving software and IT system issues.
>Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including demonstrated experience with complex formulas and functions.
>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical issues.
>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly when interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
>Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
>Ability to effectively document troubleshooting processes for training purposes.
>Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM - 12 NN Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Preferred Qualifications:
>Previous experience in data analysis or reporting, with a focus on optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
>Experience in providing technical training or support documentation for non-technical staff members.
