JOB OVERVIEW

New spa based in NY

We are in the startup phase of our business. We are looking to hire an EXPERIENCED LEADER IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT capable of helping us achieve our goals in terms of the following:-

1). Social Media Calendar / Adds Calendar
2). Setting up Staff onboarding (Software and Internal operations)
3). Help Hiring and onboarding new staff.
4). Help Article and blog writing
5). Help Developing of systems and policies
6). Implementing time keeping and employee pay system.

Skills this person MUST have include:-
1). Excellent English writing and speaking for email, text and video communication
2). Dependable and fast equipment and internet.
3) Punctual and Efficient worker

Optional skills include:-
1). Graphic, photo or video editing skills
2). Experience and passion for the beauty industry
3). Experience with Social media marketing
4). Experience with online sales
5). YouTube posting Experience
6). Email marketing experience
*please note: you will not be doing all of the above tasks! Knowledge of these will assist when implementing policies and procedures.

1). Client Scheduling policies, rescheduling, invoicing and following up with clients.
2). Email management and follow-up
3). Text management and follow-up
4). Email marketing
5). Social Media Calendar
6). Inventory Management
7). Employee Timekeeping and Management
8). Shopify & Ebay Store setup and management
*please note: you are expected to be the lead on these tasks above as much as possible.


What the job entails:-
We need your help to improve our business operations.

We have a list of tasks to be completed. Upon hiring, you will overlook our operations and give feedback on what we need to improve. We will work together on a system to improve some things. Things you can do yourself will be welcome. Things needing specialized assistance, we will work on creating the job scope and onboarding that new person. You will be creating a lot of documents. This role requires someone good at Typing, Proofreading and Copy/Pasting. You can use ChatGPT for some things but it must not sound robotic.
