Virtual assistant: E-commerce / Dropshipping

Position Overview:
We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those new to e-commerce and dropshipping. While prior knowledge in these areas is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The initial task for all new hires will be product research, utilizing both spy tools and the Meta Ad Library, according to specific criteria we provide.

Payment Structure:
Compensation will be performance-based, with commissions starting from $30 up to $50 for EACH product you find and we then successfully test. (We aim to test more then 5 products per day!)
After an initial evaluation period, a fixed salary ranging from $2 to $6 per hour will be offered, based on your performance in the initial days. We place a high emphasis on serious and committed candidates.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in English at a B1+ level.
Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Do not worry though since additional training and support will be provided to ensure rapid learning and integration into our team. This includes access to comprehensive coaching materials, daily support through text messages, and approximately 2 to 3 group calls per week to discuss findings and progress.
