JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media analytics and content management, particularly focused on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills for creating flyers, banners, step and repeats, and other promotional materials, with a cultural understanding and aptitude for the African American community. Additionally, proficiency in branding and brand management is crucial, along with the ability to showcase their work through dynamic presentations. This role also requires expertise in video editing, creating reels for social media platforms, and utilizing strategies to boost engagement through hashtags, interaction with other platforms, and influencer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Analytics and Strategy Development:
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance.
Develop data-driven strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement within the African American community.
Conduct research on current trends and best practices in social media marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation and Design:
Design visually appealing flyers, banners, step and repeats, and other promotional materials tailored to the target audience.
Utilize design software to create professional and engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of branding across all platforms.

Engagement Enhancement and Influencer Outreach:
Implement strategies to increase engagement through the use of relevant hashtags and interactive content.
Engage with influencers and bloggers to amplify brand reach and foster partnerships.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers within the African American community to promote brand awareness.
