Boulou Blue is committed to expanding its reach by connecting with new audiences and keeping our current client base engaged through compelling social media initiatives. We’re seeking a social media manager to help us broaden our digital footprint and oversee our social media communication efforts. They will develop and execute informed content strategies tailored to various social media platforms to increase brand awareness. In doing so, the social media manager will maximize customer engagement with Boulou Blue’s services, thereby helping us to accomplish our business objectives.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop content such as written posts, graphics and videos to effectively market the business and its services and appeal to target markets

Use social media tools to develop and share content on our social platforms

Engage with customers and followers

Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the sales team

Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing clients, and acquire new ones

Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep the Company’s social media presence consistently relevant

Frequently evaluate the company’s social media engagement strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions

Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity

Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained

Track SEO and web traffic metrics

Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders of the business including management and clients



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Social Media Marketing or at least 1 year experience in Social Media Marketing in a professional capacity

Ability to work on own initiative

Extensive knowledge of a variety of the latest social media platforms

Excellent problem-solving techniques

Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure

Clear, confident communication abilities

Effective time-management skills

Able to utilize database query languages such as SQL
