Job Overview:
Hepler Land Holdings is seeking a Remote Transactions Coordinator who is highly organized and detail-oriented to manage all aspects of our real estate transactions. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, coordinate with all stakeholders, and support our operations by identifying and underwriting potential deals. This role will also include underwriting over 100 deals per week. This role is integral to our team, and the Transactions Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating the successful acquisition and disposition of properties.

Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate communications and schedules among buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and other involved parties.
Conduct thorough property and market research to support the underwriting processes.
Actively assist in the underwriting of deals, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
Monitor real estate market trends and perform demographic analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Support marketing efforts related to property listings and promotions.
Manage customer inquiries and provide exemplary service to all stakeholders.
Coordinate with external vendors such as surveyors and appraisers.
Produce regular reports on transaction status, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance business operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a transactions coordinator or similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and transactions.
Proficiency in real estate software and digital tools.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience. (Upgrade to see actual infoper month)
Opportunity for commission based on successfully underwritten deals and contributions to deal acquisitions.
