Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager (SMM) with a strong background in influencer marketing to join our team. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and drive business growth.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Manage influencer relationships, including negotiation of partnerships, contracts, and deliverables.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive media.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement or crisis management.
Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory considerations related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance with guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:
Proven years of experience in social media management, with a focus on influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data analysis.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
