Responsibilities:

Set appointments with potential clients using various platforms and tools provided.
Develop and implement effective strategies to schedule appointments efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of appointments.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and follow-up activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the appointment scheduling process.
Adapt quickly to changes and updates in appointment scheduling procedures and tools.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an appointment setter or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Excellent English fluency is a must.
