We're seeking a dynamic individual who excels at creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns. Your role will not only focus on boosting our digital presence but also on enhancing our team's capabilities by teaching them the intricacies of effective campaign setup.

What You'll Do:
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage Facebook ad campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Expertly create custom audiences to ensure precise targeting and high campaign efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance data to continually refine and optimize results.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with our creative team.
- Conduct regular training sessions with our team to transfer knowledge on setting up and managing effective campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising policies and industry trends.
