JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized professional to manage and develop up to 6 Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s selling platform and be adept at leveraging tools and strategies to maximize client success.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain up to six client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and account performance.
-Conduct thorough Amazon keyword research and listing creation, including the use of flat files and the creation of parent/child listings.
-Utilize Helium 10 for advanced keyword research to optimize listings and improve visibility.
-Develop and implement strategic ideas to enhance main image and A+ content, aiming to boost account performance.
-Possess a strong understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising on Amazon, set up, and refine campaigns, and manage Amazon posts.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the accounts under management.
-Handle customer service inquiries and manage FBA shipments effectively.

Qualifications:

-At least 5 years of experience selling on Amazon, with a preference for candidates who have worked with a full-service Amazon account management company.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple accounts and balance various client needs.
-Expertise in using Amazon-specific tools like Helium 10 for keyword research.
-Proven track record of developing effective sales and marketing strategies on Amazon.
-Knowledgeable in PPC, SEO, and Amazon’s advertising ecosystem.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
