JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
Our Real Estate Team is looking for an amazing assistant to assist with the behind the scenes stuff so that our real estate agents have leverage and can focus on what they need to be focused on. You would be the backup assistant to our local executive assistant. Job would include tasks such as agent onboarding, agent offboarding, marketing, creating flyers, database management, social media posting, helping coordinate client appreciation parties and agent parties and more! We are in search of a detail oriented individual to support our agents 40 hours per week!

A successful candidate would be passionate about efficiency and teamwork to succeed at a high level. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and driven to make sure the job gets done. They would draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starter would have a passion for customer service and be responsible for various tasks and backing up our local executive assistant!

This candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills as well as high level project management abilities. They stay calm under pressure and are concerned about doing things the right way. The right candidate is a great learning based administrator with a can-do attitude and proven ability to succeed.

Skills we are looking for:

-Advanced communication skills - both written and verbal.
-Able to design and edit correspondence for grammar, content and accuracy (We use Canva).
-Actively listen and ask questions when appropriate.
-Experience in developing systems and processes for greatest effectiveness and efficiency.
-Possess a high level of self-confidence and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
-Excellent organization skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
-Capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information / Data Transfer (CRM is Follow Up Boss)
-Ability to prioritize workload from multiple sources and understand priority.
-Ability to anticipate problems, make adjustments and organize work to meet multiple deadlines.
-Demonstrates past experience working on assignments that are complex in nature, where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems.
-Follow our current systems / checklists in place.
-Plan and help coordinate parties.

Availability ideally would be from 6:00 AM PST - 2:30/3 PM PST Monday - Friday [9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT] with either a 30 minute or 1 hour lunch break. 40 hours per week.
