Virtual Assistant with Expertise in Cold Email Marketing:

- Slack Channel Creation
- Creation of Client Portal
- Putting prospects in proper columns in email campaigns
- Updating multiple Google sheets
- Setting up Zapier automation
- Be ready to handle new tasks as we go

**Morning Meetings and End-of-Day Tasks:**

Morning Meetings:

- We'll talk about what you need to do each day.

End of Day:

Write a report about what you did and what you still need to do.

Update our team tracking sheet so everyone knows the status of different projects.

**Skills We Need:**

**Hardworking**: You must do some tasks repeatedly, but always do them well.
**Careful:** You need to check your work to make sure there are no mistakes.
**Quick Thinke**r: If you make a mistake, you need to fix it fast and figure out how to avoid it next time.
**Eager to Work Hard:** You should be ready to learn a lot and help save time for our team.
**Detail-oriented**: Keep track of your tasks and make sure all your info is right.
**On-Time**: You must do some tasks by a certain time, so being on time is very important.

**Experience Required:**

Minimum 2 years experience in email marketing

Proficiency in the following Software:

- Upgrade to see actual info
- Notion
- Zapier
- Slack
- ChatGPT
- Godaddy

**Your Schedule:**

You need to do your morning and end-of-day tasks every weekday.

You should be able to chat on Slack from 8 AM to 6 PM EST.

**Pay:**

Per Hour: $2-5 CAD, depending on how much you know and your skills.

**How Much You Could Earn:**

Working 20 hours a week: $40-100 CAD
Working 40 hours a week: $80-200 CAD
Working 60 hours a week: $Upgrade to see actual infoCAD
