The job will require the candidate to work 4 hours a day (Monday to Saturday), reading and assessing chat interactions between support agents and customers to ensure adherence to company standards and policies. Working time would be flexible.
Expectations:
* The candidate is expected to have at least a year of similar experience
* Familiarity with our industry is a plus
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* The candidate should have excellent communication skills
