About the Role:
Jirav seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Administrator who will play a crucial role in ensuring their data is accurate and up-to-date, categorizing companies, enriching data, and sourcing additional leads to support their growth initiatives. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a growing organization.
This is a temporary, 2-3 month position requiring 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
The successful hire will work exclusively with our AirCrew client: Jirav
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
Responsibilities:
- Organize and categorize a large volume of company data into designated groups.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to enhance and enrich existing data records.
- Conduct online research to identify and gather additional leads or relevant information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data management processes and workflows.
- Provide daily and weekly progress updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles, preferably with senior expertise.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot and Apollo for data management and enrichment. Alternatively, high level of expertise using similar customer management and data enrichment platforms eg. Salesforce, ZoomInfo.
- Advanced skills in Excel sheets for organizing and analyzing data.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- To ensure effective communication, this role requires timely responses (within 12 hours) to questions and directions via Slack/email while maintaining Philippine working hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in lead generation or data sourcing is a plus.
