Ecommerce Supply Chain Associate

US E-Commerce Company is looking for:

Supply Chain Associate

* 100% remote work
* Flexible hours with 2-3 hours US overlap with the team
* Part-time position, 17.5 hours per week, with potential for full-time transition, 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:
> Coordinate and ensure efficient completion of operational tasks
> Focus on database management, automation, parts and products projection management, and order file updating
> Maintain accurate forecasting and inventory data
> Compile master carton barcode links and maintain comprehensive guides
> Update supply control and logistics cost information
> Analyze parts information and update files
> Create and maintain UPC stickering and master carton guides
> Assist in order management

Requirements:
> Minimum 1 year of relevant supply chain experience
> Proficiency in Google Sheets formulas, macros, and automation tools
> Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
> Attention to detail and high accuracy in data management
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
