Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Support Agent to join our international team. The Support Agent will assist in various tasks related to Facebook moderation. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to contribute to the success of our startup company. While prior experience is not required, a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company is a fundamental trait we seek.

Responsibilities:
Create engagement and trust on Facebook posts by following an in-house tutorial.
Manage and moderate the comment area on Facebook using specific tools.
Do a daily report about the most useful comments.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support the management with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Very good written and oral comprehension of English.
Good team player.
Self-reliant and resourceful.
Must have a Computer and good internet connection. (Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or Apple M1 / Ram:8GB / Internet: 10mb/s / Good microphone and camera)
