Develop and execute engaging content across various social media platforms, evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns through analytics, and keep up with industry trends to enhance our event strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, and eager to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to brainstorm and deploy innovative social media campaigns that align with our event strategies.
Create high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, copy, and videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Manage and optimize paid social media strategies to maximize event promotion and engagement.
Research and stay current with the latest digital marketing tools and trends to stay ahead in event marketing.
Engage with our online community and develop strategies to increase user interaction and event attendance.
Implement SEO best practices in social media posts to enhance visibility and reach.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for future event promotions.

Requirements:

Profound knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate the success of social media campaigns.
Independence and proactivity in project management, with a knack for initiating innovative ideas.
Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
A continuous learner, keen on discovering new technologies, software, and marketing practices.
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Media, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in marketing or social media management, particularly in event marketing, is highly advantageous.
