Virtual Assistant\ LinkedIn Outreach

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant with a keen interest in the tech industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outreach activities on LinkedIn, engaging with our network, and providing support with a tech-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

Outreach on LinkedIn:
Initiate connections and conversations with professionals in the tech industry on LinkedIn.
Tailor messages to resonate with individuals in the tech field and spark meaningful interactions.
Maintain a log of outreach activities and follow up with prospects as needed.

Comment Management on LinkedIn:
Monitor and respond to comments on our LinkedIn posts, fostering discussions and interactions.
Engage with followers and cultivate a vibrant community on our LinkedIn page.
Escalate any inquiries or concerns to the relevant teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for further action.


Email Outreach:
Craft compelling email messages to reach out to potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Tailor emails to highlight our services and offerings.
Maintain an organised email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in the tech/data/digital industry, even if technical knowledge is limited.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
