Appointment Setter (Sales Development Representative)

Mission

The mission of a Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter) is to generate meetings and generates attention which creates more clients for Syroscape. The ultimate goal of the position is to generate more opportunities for our sales team. You fully understand our prospects needs, pain-points and wants, has proven appointment setting abilities, and are self-motivated.

Outcomes

1. Lead Generation and Appointment Booking
* Meeting Generation: Primary metric of success in generating qualified appointments with SaaS company founders.
* Outreach Efficiency: Consistency in sending 150 messages per day and effectiveness in booking appointments.
* Quarterly Meeting Goals: Generates 50 meetings minimum per month as a team consistently by March 31st, 2024.

2. Social Media and Online Presence Management
* Posting 3 Posts per week on Facebook, LinkedIn, and [X] Account Management: Proficiency in managing these platforms for brand presence and lead generation working alongside the CEO to publish content consistently and generate attention every day that represents the company in a professional light.
* 1,000 YouTube Subscribers by July 31st, 2024 : Strategies implemented for growing the CEO's YouTube channel audience and engagement by sending prospects assets from the YouTube channel and getting them to subscribe so they are more likely to book meetings with our GS team.

3. Content Creation and Audience Engagement
* Attention Generation with Audiences: Skill in creating engaging content, managing groups, and initiating interactive campaigns that get prospects interested in booking calls.
* Effective Use of Two-Step Posts: Experience in creating posts that lead to high audience engagement and conversion.

4. Team Player
* Upgrade to see actual info Activity and Member Engagement: Active role in Upgrade to see actual info for community building and support by responding within 4 hours to messages during the day.
* Build SOPs month: Generate SOPs for the rest of the team so that they can learn from the things you have already figured out.
