We need assistance in uploading a pdf magazine style booklet to Amazon (digital not paperback)
The booklet is a bible study for adults. Most pages of the booklet have two columns of text with a singular heading
and most often they include pictures - similar to many children picture books available on Amazon
- so we need it to be able to be downloaded as a pdf or as a picture book.
(When we tried to upload the booklet it seemed to be converting it to a KDF file which is completely unsuitable)

We will also need the booklet to be promoted if possible.
